OPINION

By SKEEL, J.:

This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment or final order of the probate court of Cuyahoga Ceunty, refusing to admit to probate the alleged lost last will and testament and the original codicil of Susan Harkness Bowles. The application signed by Charles A. Morgan sets forth in part that Susan Harkness Bowles, a resident of Cuya hoga County, died November 17,1951. At the time of her death, she was a ward of the probate court, this applicant having been appointed guardian of her person and estate on September 15, 1950, it being found by the court…
