This case involves a complaint for judicial dissolution of a joint venture and for resolution of additional matters related to the venture. We affirm.

FACTS

In 1980, Arthur Fisher 1 of Canada began to investigate the feasibility of growing the increasingly popular “Granny Smith” apple in the United States.
