This matter comes before the Court upon the Complaint filed by Julie Gwen Warren (“Debtor”) against Arthur Dill, individually and d/b/a Dill’s Used Cars, and Julius Anderson (“Defendants”). In the Complaint, Debtor asserts a claim for willful violation of the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(h)(1),1 based upon the Defendants’ alleged post-petition repossession of Debtor’s 2005 Pontiac Sunfire (“Vehicle”).
