This matter comes before the Court upon defendant Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd.’s (“Columbia”) motion to dismiss on the ground that this Court does not have personal jurisdiction over it pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Magistrate Judge has entered a Report and Recommendation recommending that this Court grant Columbia’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
