PRESEA, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Norvel, Ltd. (“Norvel”), NCV Ltd. (“NCV”), and Great White Fleet, Ltd. (“GWF”) bring this admiralty and maritime action for various state law claims including breach of express and implied warranties, negligence, gross negligence, and product liability. Defendants Ulstein Propeller AS (“Ulstein Propeller”), Ulstein Industrier AS (“Ulstein Industrier”), and Ulstein USA, Inc.
