MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SCHILLER, District Judge.
Plaintiff Gary J. Pineda brings this action against Defendants Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc., (“PNI”), Philadelphia Media Holdings, LLC (“PMH”), and Eric Mayberry. Plaintiff, an Hispanic male of Puerto Rican origin, alleges that his supervisor, Eric Mayberry, discriminated against him during his employment with PNI. PMH is included as a Defendant because it is the successor-in-interest to Defendant PNI. (Am.ComplV 10.)
