This case comes here on appeal from the chancery court of Pulaski county.

On the 8th of February, 1858, Martha E., and Mary R. Trap-nall, the former described as “executrix of the last will and testament of Frederic W. Trapnall, deceased,” and the latter as “infant and sole heir of the said Frederic W. Trapnall, by her guardian ad litem, Charles A.
