Plaintiffs, Noble Dotson, Janet Dotson, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, hereinafter called State Farm, filed an action for declaratory judgment seeking a declaration of the defense and indemnity obligations of State Farm under its policy with its insureds, Janet and Noble Dotson, in relation to the defense and indemnity obligations of Agency Rent-A-Car, Inc.
