Plaintiff, Laura Putzbaeh, brought this complaint for declaratory judgment against defendant, Allstate Insurance Company, requesting the circuit court of Du Page County to declare the rights and liabilities of the parties relative to the uninsured motorist provisions under a specified automobile.insurance policy issued to the plaintiff’s father.
