Plaintiffs American Homeland Title Agency, Inc., John Yonas, and Martin Rink, have brought this action against Defendant Stephen W. Robertson in his individual capacity as well as his official capacity as Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Insurance, claiming that their constitutional rights under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment were violated by the Department.
