I. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

In this action, filed on September 22, 2000, the plaintiff, Michael Hamm (“Hamm”), alleges that the defendant, Weyauwega Milk Products, Inc. (“Weyau-wega”), discriminated against him on the basis of his sex, creating a hostile work environment, and retaliated against him, all in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
