Xiangyuan (Sue) Zhu brings suit against Countrywide Realty, Company, Inc., Marc E. Bunting, Robert Thomas and Candace Thomas. She alleges that defendants made negligent and/or fraudulent representations during a residential real estate transaction and discriminated against her on the basis of sex and race in violation of the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1982 and 1983.
