MEMORANDUM AND OPINION

ROSENTHAL, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, seventy-eight Latino employees and former employees of QuietFlex, assert claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 203, et seq. 1 Defendants argue that none of the plaintiffs has specific evidence to show that he was not properly compensated under the FLSA. (Docket Entry No. 218 at 46).
