From the record it appears that on or about April 15, 1929, articles of incorporation of Steele Motor Company were filed in the office of the county recorder of Bonneville county and Secretary of State. In such articles ."William J., Bobert S. and Oscar "W. Steele appear as incorporators, subscribing stockholders and the first board of directors.
