In this suit the plaintiff, Daniel E. Sheridan, seeks judgment against the defendant, Sam F. LeQuire, in the sum of $846 with legal interest thereon from December 18, 1940. On an order of the district judge he has had attached the sum of $219.03 in the hands of Sam Y. Watson, clerk of court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, which amount was deposited with the said clerk as security for the issuance of a writ of attachment issued in the suit entitled: "Sam F.
