In an action to recover damages for “compensation and benefit increments”, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 21, 1980, which granted de*601fendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint. Order reversed, on the law, with $50 costs and disbursements, motion denied, and complaint reinstated. Defendant’s time to answer is extended until 20 days after service upon it of a copy of the order to be made hereon, with notice of entry thereof.
