Barnes, Judge.

We granted the father of T. L. H. and O. D. H.’s application for discretionary review of the order of the juvenile court terminating *11his parental rights. In his appeal, the father contends that there was no clear and convincing evidence of his present unfitness; that the juvenile court erred in terminating his parental rights because he complied with his case plan; and that the termination was not in the best interests of his children. Upon our review, we affirm.
