MEMORANDUM OPINION

CARL B. JONES, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 The Claimant, Lucy Carney, brings this review proceeding from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Court’s three judges panel which found the order of the Trial Judge was not against the clear weight of the evidence nor contrary to the law and consequently affirmed the Order of the Trial Judge. The Trial Judge had held that Claimant did not sustain an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of her employment.
