-The issues are the usual ones in a personal injury case. This appeal presents three propositions, which, in interrogative form, are: (1) Was the appellant Electric Oom-pany negligent; (2) was the deceased guilty of contributory negligence; and (3) was the al. leged negligence of appellant the proximate cause of the injuries to and death of the deceased ~ These mat- ters were properly submitted by the trial court to the jury. It is the contention of the appellant that the evidence is not suf- ficient to sustain the verdict.
