The appellees, who semployees tice. University (“ATU”), filed this action in the Chancery Court of Pope County against ATU, the president of ATU, and the members of its Board of Trustees. At issue in this interlocutory appeal by ATU and the Board is the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss appellees’ second amended petition for declaratory judgment and injunction.
