MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MAGNUSON, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, Defendant’s Motion is granted.
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Humenansky began his employment with the University of Minnesota (“University”) as a Senior Electron Technician in October 1969. Humenansky was laid off by the University on ’May 20, 1994.
