MEMORANDUM OPINION

This Adversary Proceeding comes before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiffs for a determination of dischargeability of a debt for willful and malicious injury by the Debtor under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). In support of the Motion for Summary Judgment, the Plaintiffs rely on the transcripts, depositions, and exhibits from the state court civil proceeding in which both Plaintiffs received money judgments' against Defendant, and the criminal guilty plea of Defendant in a state criminal proceeding.
