A jury found appellant, Scott Howe, guilty of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and sentenced him to twelve years’ imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. In this appeal, Howe raises three points for reversal.
