Heard on the debtor’s request for a preliminary injunction preventing James Still-wagon from proceeding with litigation against the debtor, MacDonald/Associates, Inc., or its principals, Sumner MacDonald and Marlies Richter, in the Court of Common Pleas for Franklin County in the State of Ohio.
