ORDER

HEMPHILL, District Judge.

Petitioner, who has previously filed with this court seeking the GREAT WRIT 1, attacks the judgment and sentence on two grounds: (1) that he was under jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia; and, (2) that he pled guilty to escape “further harassment by agents of the Attorney General.” This court has reviewed the entire file, including the transcript of his arraignment and plea, in Criminal Action Num*491ber 67-457 2, District of South Carolina For the purpose of this consideration a chronology is included.
