SAYLOR, Judge:

This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County suppressing, as violative of Appellee Timothy Romine’s right to counsel, certain statements which Appellee made to the police following his arrest for solicitation to commit murder. Upon review, we conclude that this case involves neither a violation of the right to counsel guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment nor a violation of the right to counsel derived by Miranda v.
