This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Strike and Dismiss Certain Affirmative Defenses raised by The Goldfarb Corporation (GOLDFARB), Stanley Goldfarb, Martin Goldfarb and Al-onna Goldfarb. Stanley, Martin and Alon-na will be collectively referred to as the “GOLDFARB INDIVIDUALS” and the GOLDFARB INDIVIDUALS and GOLD-FARB (the corporation) will be collectively referred to as the “GOLDFARB DEFENDANTS”.
