For the defendant’s alleged sale, on or about June 6, 1944, to Nebraska State Hospital for the Insane, a state institution, at Ingleside, Nebraska, of one hundred eleven bushels, fifty-seven pounds, of number two yellow ear corn for a price $1.67 in excess of the maximum allowable price therefor, under Second Revised Maximum Price Regulation 346, as amended, issued under the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.
