1Opinion of the Court

Betty C. Dickey, Chief Justice.

Timothy Zachary appeals sticepossession . controlled substance with intent to deliver and a sentence of 20 years. On appeal, Zachary raises two points for reversal: (1) whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain his conviction, and (2) whether the trial court erred in refusing to grant his motion for a mistrial. Neither of Zachary’s arguments has merit, and we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
