Denaro Shatour Cook appeals his convictions for first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and theft. Criminal liability in this case is based upon accomplice liability. Appellant asserts four issues on appeal. He alleges that there was insufficient evidence to convict him on first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and theft of property. He also alleges that the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on the lesser-included offense of robbery on the aggravated robbery charge, and that the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on the lesser-included…
