Appellant in tbis action foreclosed a mortgage upon farm property in Yakima county, and sale was bad on January 9, 1932, at wbicb sale appellant bid tbe full amount of bis judgment, including costs and interest, wbicb amounted to $8,235.52. Tbis action was brought by appellant against both respondents herein to foreclose a lien for the amount of taxes paid by appellant subsequent to the sale, amounting to $852.29, with interest at six per cent per annum from March 23, 1932, the date of payment; and also for the amount of interest at six per cent per annum on $8,-235.52 from January 9, 1932,…
