Appellant, Ivey Burkett, was convicted of driving while intoxicated and assessed a ten year sentence and a $1000 fine. Burk-ett raises eight issues on appeal. We have reviewed all claims of error and conclude that no harmful error occurred. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court’s judgment.
