Cynthia Page was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs to the extent it was less safe for her to drive, OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (4) (Count 1), driving under the influence of a controlled substance per se, OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (6) (Count 2), and making an improper left turn, OCGA § 40-6-120 (a) (2) (Count 3). After her motion to suppress was denied, Page was found guilty by a jury on Counts 2 and 3.
