This action involves an interpretation of Civil Code section 4800, part of the Family Law Act of 1969, dealing with the division of community property upon dissolution of' marriage. The record before us is the clerk’s transcript only, which includes findings of fact, conclusions of law and judgment. There is no reporter’s transcript. The litigation started in April 1969 as a divorce action.
