MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

KRAVITZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff originally brought this lawsuit against his former employer in state court, alleging several state law causes of action arising from the termination of his employment. The employer removed the action to federal court on the ground that all of the employee’s claims were preempted by § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) (“LMRA”) and §§ 7 and 8 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 157-58 (“NLRA”).
