MARCUS, Circuit Judge:

Daniel L. Lyons appeals his conviction for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and the 235-month sentence the district court imposed based on his status as an “armed career criminal,” pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(e) and U.S.S.G. § 4B1.4(b).
