OPINION
ANNE GARDNER, Justice.
I. Introduction
In this employment discrimination suit, Appellant Xuxian Niu appeals from the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of Appellees Revcor Molded Products Company (Revcor) and Rob Knight. We affirm.
II. Background
Knight is Revcor’s vice president of manufacturing. In March 2001, Knight hired Niu, a Chinese American, as Rev-cor’s manufacturing engineering manager.
