This is an action by a Maryland corporation against seven defendants, alleging violation of the antitrust laws. Each of the defendants has separately moved to dismiss the complaint, or to quash the service of process, or both.(1) Maternity Mart of Baltimore, Inc., is a Maryland corporation. The complaint alleges a cause of action against this defendant, but the process was not served on its resident agent or on any other authorized person.
