These four suits are for commissions for selling and supervising the installation of refrigeration equipment. They were filed in the magis*82trate’s court, appealed to the circuit court where they were tried together. A jury was waived and they were tried to the court. There was a judgment for plaintiffs in each of them and the defendant has appealed. Upon motion, an order was made by this court consolidating them on appeal.
