Action on a Colorado judgment. The cause was tried to the court without the aid of a jury and judgment was entered for defendant. After a motion for a new trial had been filed and overruled, plaintiff appealed. This court affirmed the judgment. Union Nat. Bank of Wichita, Kansas v. Lamb, 358 Mo. 65, 213 S. W. (2d) 416.
