MEMORANDUM OPINION
GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This factually unusual fraudulent transfer proceeding presents a scenario of a creditor who has received interest payments from a debtor, which payments were clearly on account of credit extended to a third party for the benefit of the debtor. No contractual debtor-creditor relationship at any time existed between the debtor and the defendant.
