RENFRO, Justice.

Suit was brought by the Administrator of the estate of Alice Johnson Robitaille for construction of a holographic will and for declaratory right. Named as defendants were Mrs. Ada Jackson, assignee and grantee of Fabian John Robitaille, Mrs. Julia Kromberg Johnson and Charles Heiman Johnson, who will be referred to as appellant; Felix Evans, Walter E. Smith and M. T. (Pete) Smith, who will be called appel-lees; and Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Thornton, who will be called by name.
