This is an action brought by a wife against her husband to recover damages for gross negligence in operating an automobile in which she was his guest and by reason of which she was injured for life. A demurrer to the petition was sustained. The petition was dismissed and plaintiff appeals. The particular allegations of the petition are set forth in the opinion of Mr. Justice Riner, and it is not necessary to do so here.
