HOLWELL, District Judge.

Aerotel, Ltd., Aerotel U.S.A., Inc., and Aerotel U.S.A., LLC (“Aerotel”) bring this action against IDT Corp. and affiliates for the infringement of U.S. Patent No. 4,706,-275 (“the '275 patent”).
