FLETCHER, Judge:
On October 16, 1979, appellant was tried by general court-martial at Camp Pendleton, California. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of six specifications of violating service drug regulations, in contravention ol Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 892.1 On October 18, 1979, the military judge sentenced the appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 6 months, and reduction to the pay grade of E-l.
