SWEENEY, Judge.
Plaintiff sustained injuries while serving on active duty in the M’izona Mr National Guard. He brings this suit alleging that the United States Mr Force (“Mr Force”) assigned him an erroneous disability rating, wrongfully discharged him from service, and denied him back pay. The parties filed cross-motions for judgment upon the administrative record pursuant to Rule 52.1 of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”) related to Count II of the complaint.
