Kareem R. Rock (plaintiff or Mr. Rock), a Gulf War veteran with more than thirteen years of service in the United States Navy (Navy), brings this suit alleging that he “has been denied the disability retirement pay and benefits which he is entitled to under 10 U.S.C. § 1201.” See Compl., Docket Number (Dkt.
