Plaintiff Russell Petroleum Corporation commenced this lawsuit on August 12, 2003, in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama against defendants Environ Products, Inc.; ATOFINA Chemicals, Inc.; Ken’s Sales and Services Company, Inc.; and other defendants who have since been dismissed. Russell brings various state-law claims arising out of the sale and installation of Enviroflex flexible piping manufactured by Environ.
