MEMORANDUM OPINION
HOPKINS, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Vacate an Arbitration Award (doc. 1), Defendant’s Motion for Sanctions (doc. 2); and Plaintiffs’ Motion for Reconsideration (doc. 11).
