Frank J. Jaros (hereinafter referred to as the petitioner) filed his intervening petition in proceedings brought by the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, plaintiff, to foreclose a first mortgage trust deed covering certain improved real estate located at Montrose and Winchester avenues, Chicago.
